PHL's Cure for Constipation.

Do you have difficulty pooing? Does the poo stay stuck in your body? Are you constipated?

Firstly, make sure you drink enough water daily. If your insides are dry, the food you eat will be dry, and it will not move smoothly through your body. Water moistens the food you eat, allowing it to be easily digested (broken down and absorbed) by the body. The undigested food will move easily to your bowels because the water reduces friction.

Drink water several times a day.

Now, the cure for constipation. Drink thick milk. I recommend powdered milk. Put several spoonfuls of powdered milk in a cup with water, and drink. You can add sugar. The milk must be thick. Drink at least one big cup of milk. If your cup is small, drink two cupfuls of milk. You can drink more if your stomach has space.

Don't be surprised if at night you get up several times to go and poo.

Remember: drink plenty of water daily, and drink plenty of thick milk (preferably at night, because during the day it would not be nice to be always going to the toilet, if you are at work).
